Welcome to Amenexia.ai, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by AMENEX DOO, North Macedonia (“Amenexia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Our Services

Amenexia.ai provides AI-powered sales and eCommerce automation tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without written permission.
Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable laws.

Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-Generated Content

Amenexia.ai generates content using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide.

You retain ownership of your original input data.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Amenexia.ai platform, including its software, branding, designs, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of AMENEX DOO and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMENEX DOO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMENEX DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shtip, North Macedonia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of Amenexia.ai after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
